From vision to impact - our journey in transforming HIV care
Recognizing the challenges faced by ART clinics in managing viral load data manually, our founders envisioned a digital solution that would streamline operations and improve patient care.
Working closely with healthcare workers, we developed the core modules for client management, viral load tracking, and EAC management, ensuring every feature addressed real clinical needs.
ViLoCare was piloted in 5 ART clinics across South Sudan, receiving positive feedback from healthcare workers who reported significant improvements in workflow efficiency and patient tracking.
Expanded to 45+ clinics, introduced advanced analytics, automated decision engine, and SMS notifications. Recognized as a leading health information system in the region.
